This is a unique time of year.

We’re given the opportunity to look back on what unfolded over the past twelve months, while the new year quietly awaits.

Holding gratitude for what has been, alongside ambition for what is to come.

As this year comes to a close, I invite you to pause and reflect. Without rushing to the next goal just yet.

These are the questions I’m asking myself as I close the year.

• What was one wildcard you were dealt that you never could have predicted?

• What are you most proud of from 2025?

• When you look back on this year 25 years from now, what do you hope you remember?
